“Relive Kipling’s Jungle Book”

Tala Camp is built like Colonial Dak Bungalows, where Indian Jungles were explored and written about. The legendry conservationists writers like Forsyth, Brander, Corbett and Anderson stayed in those bungalows and enriched Indian wildlife literature with their experiences. Our guests can have the similar experience while staying at Tala Camp.

The camp has limited accommodation with five air conditioned rooms, in order to keep the sanctity of the place intact. You can have your meals either in large open verandas or inside the dining hall.

The writer conservationist Mr. Deepak Talan, who has spent last twenty years of his life in the jungles of Bandhavgarh, is the owner and Resident Naturalist of Tala camp.

The Camp has Open Air Camp Fire Place, Well Stocked Library and Large Parking Area. The Camp also provides Camping Facilities for those wildlife enthusiasts who prefer to pitch their tents outside. The Camp also organizes Bird Walks and Village Visits.
